Auto Zone Retrofit Project

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Auto Zone Corporation. Design of a 6,000 sq. ft. store expansion in Las Vegas, Nevada. TJI panelized roof with masonry construction. Project required numerous field visits to address existing store conditions.

The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Project consists of 2,700 hotel and condo-hotel units, 150,000 square feet of meeting space, a 50,000 square-foot spa, a casino, and a 500 seat cabaret theater. Innova provided structural services to Perini Building Company. Several tasks were completed, including, providing structural support for the construction of a casino mockup ceiling section on an existing warehouse, when the existing trusses were not able to take the load, new supports were designed, subjected to gravity and seismic loading.

Las Vegas Housing Authority

Structural Engineer on call LVHA. Provided structural engineering services for several projects. One project consisted of the remodeling of the public area at the Las Vegas Housing Authority headquarters. Another project consisted on the structural evaluation of an existing house whose roof exhibited sagging.

Mark Moore Residence – Wood Structure

Location: Perris, CA

Mark Moore Construction Co. Design and construction support of a 2,800 sq. ft. private residence in southern California.

Nevada By Design

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Structural Engineer on call. Provides assistance to NBD on a series of retaining walls and drainage transition structures for private and public clients.
