McCarran Consolidated Car Rental Facility

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Southwest Post-Tension Systems Inc. The facility consists of a three level cast in place post-tensioned slab structure. Innova Technologies was hired by the post-tensioning supplier to answer non-compliance reports on their behalf. Tasks involved re-analyzing the existing post-tensioned structure and justifying the as built condition based on existing conditions.

The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Project consists of 2,7000 hotel and condo-hotel units, 150,000 square feet of meeting space, a 50,000 square-foot spa, a casino, and a 500 seat cabaret theater. Innova provided structural support to Bencor Construction Co, Dallas, Texas, the subcontractor in charge of delivering the slurry wall foundation for the project. Support included the verification of the slurry retaining walls and bracing system for the $30,000,000 foundation system for the project. Several additional tasks were performed including the preparation of shop drawings for mechanical equipment and access structures.

Location: Las Vegas, NV

The project consists of a 66-acre planned community, with 18 million-square-foot first phase calling for a 4,000-room hotel and casino, three 400-room boutique hotels, 1,650 luxury condo-hotel units, and 550,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space. Innova technologies Inc. provided services to Beck Steel, Inc. Dallas, Texas, the subcontractor in charge of the miscellaneous steel in the project. Support consisted on the provision of structural engineering design for the stairs, handrails, and ramps for the 12 story high employee parking garage.

Nevada Power Sliding Gate Project

Fencing Specialist Inc. Innova provided engineering design and construction assistance to the subcontractor in charge of the fabrication of a motorized 20 ft long, 12 ft tall gate for a transformer substation.
